Все автоматом. Правила такие - мне каждый день (или я сейчас настроил на два раза в день) дают issue с вариантами ответов. Например - надо ли запрещать книгу про Гарри Поттера потому что там про магов и волшебников или "вы что там, совсем обалдели? Это ж сказка." На основе этих ответов формируются рейтинги в шапке и фразы в описаловке.
