Образованные != умные. Собственно, "излишне образованные" непосредственно демонстрируют отсутствие ума.

Ну а зачем московской элите учить жителей замкадья, тайги да тундры, потом работу ему подавай еще. Таджики считай работают бесплатно, и без образования, и без пенсий. Детей своих пристраивать надо, внуков-правнуков, и все же закапывают соседей по очереди.

Французы не стесняются арабов завозят, немцы турков/иранцев, сша мексов и других.
