Подавляющее большинство комментирующих высказывание про то, как российские войска будут закрываться женщинами и детьми, предпочитает думать что это симптомы поражения мозга.

Не заметил ни одного явно высказанного предположения, что он понимает, что хотел сказать, и сказал именно то, что хотел.
